About this bake
Our signature Rogel is made from scratch by stacking paper-thin layers of biscuit pastry, each one generously filled with silky home-made dulce de leche. The whole cake is then finished with a cloud of torched Italian meringue. It is the quintessential Argentinian celebration cake — light, indulgent and properly moreish.
